This inventory workbook will help you organize your inventory so you can update, store, and sort your information to fit your needs. Along with a fully-editable excel document to track your inventory, 3 organizers in PowerPoint format are also included so you can track your wish list, orders, and repairs.
The fully editable excel document comes formatted with space for the following categories, organized in these 5 groups for easy searching (but you can add, subtract, or change them to anything you want!):
Instruments: percussion (woods), percussion (skins), percussion (metals), percussion (shakers/other), other
Texts&Recordings: textbooks, other teacher resource texts, audio recordings, video recordings
Sheet Music: choral (holiday), choral (other), instrumental (holiday), instrumental (other)
Large Items: equipment, furniture
Other: manipulatives, other
For each category there is space to list the name of the item, the quantity, and the location (all of which you could edit as well!). You can sort the list by each category to help you find the information you need as well.
